This PWI will evaluate the necessity for a technical specification in regard to the identification of relevant ecodesign requirements and how to utilize so-called product category rules (or product specific rules) then for an consistent assessment of these requirements. E.g. for material (EN 4555X standards series) and/or environmental impact assessments (ISO 14040/44, 14067, Product Environmental Footprint).
