<p>The method does not measure oxidized forms of nitrogen or heterocyclic nitrogen compounds.</p>
<p>This method does not distinguish between protein nitrogen and non-protein nitrogen. If it is important to determine the content of non-protein nitrogen, an appropriate method should be used.</p>
