Terms and conditions for personal data processing and receiving information

1. All submitted personal data will be stored on the website of Latvian Standard in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Personal data will be used and stored to the extent necessary to ensure the provision of Latvian Standard Ltd. services.

3. Access to personal data is restricted to the employees of Latvian Standard who are authorized to use these data for the provision of company services.

4. Latvian Standard sends information related to standardization and services via e-mail, providing an opportunity to opt out of receiving such information.

5. The data subject has the "right to be forgotten" by sending an electronically signed application to pasts@lvs.lv
