Nosaukums | This Technical Specification specifies interface requirements for infrastructure, which are equipped with a dedicated contact line section to charge accumulator electric traction units over current collectors. The dedicated contact line section can be - separated from other contact line systems of electrified railway lines and fed separately or - connected with contact line systems of electrified railway lines. The charging infrastructure can be used for charging the trains at a standstill and/or for charging the trains during the traction phases. This Technical Specification does not apply for charging stations with a plug-in solution. This Technical Specification covers the following aspects: - supply voltages and frequencies (e.g. reference to EN 50163) - electromagnetic compatibility (e.g. avoidance of (unacceptable) unbalances) in the feeding grid (national 3 AC grid) (e.g. ref. to EN 50160, EN IEC 61000 series) - interaction between the vehicle traction/charging system and the electric traction charging power supply system (e.g. ref. to EN 50388) - transmitting required information towards driver and/or train (TCMS, signs or similar) - contact line system (e.g. ref. to EN 50119) - maximum load current during standstill (e.g. ref. to EN 50367) - contact line protection principles (e.g. ref. to EN 50633) - electrical safety (e.g. ref. to EN 50122-1) - stray current protection (in case of DC electric traction power supply systems, e.g. ref. to EN 50122- 2) - protection against influence on signalling systems (e.g. ref. to EN 50238) This Technical Specification applies to new infrastructure for charging of accumulator electric traction units. |
