Projekta Nr.FprCEN/TS 12464-3
NosaukumsThis document gives guidance to designers, building owners, and employers for integrating nonvisual effects of lighting in lighting design of work places. The objective is to achieve beneficial effects on health, performance and wellbeing while avoiding risks for the safety of users. Special focus is given to ipRGC influenced responses to light while other biological and also emotional aspects of light are included. Paying attention to nonvisual effects of light is predominantly important in those areas where workers stay for long time of the day and can make meaningful use of circadian stimulation or activating effects of light. It is also advantageous in places where people live and work at the same time. Special remarks with respect to lighting for shift work are given.
