This project aims at describing the knowledge and skills specifications for personnel, dealing with CBRN incidents, in prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. The specifications will be listed in separate sections for education, training and exercises. The project will focus on: - a common understanding of the CBRN risks among all stakeholders; - a common understanding of the different tasks and responsibilities in the different, separate, joint but always coordinated actions; - the specifications will focus on this coordinated and risk-based approach; - a description of the capabilities required by the different emergency services in their coordinated actions, in preparedness, response and recovery; - a description of training objectives, recommended to meet the capabilities’ requirements.
