This CEN Report shall describe the Domain Model of the Electronic Health Care R Record (EHCR) ENV 13606 parts 1-4. The scope of this meta-model is restricted to the four parts prestandard. It is not a model of the entire health care delivery system but it does show the relationship between EHCR communication and that larger domain. Domain models are often called 'Business Models', and this EHCR Domain Model represents the specific business of communicating part or whole of the EHCR.
