Projekta Nr.LVS CEN/TS 13149-7:2016
NosaukumsEN 13149 specifies data transmission between non-safety equipments installed on public transport vehicles: operational support systems, passenger information systems, fare collection systems, etc. Equipment directly related to safety (engine, braking, door opening, etc) is excluded from the scope. Interfaces to safety-critical systems should be provided through suitable gateways. The scope of EN 13149 includes vehicles consisting of one carriage only, e.g. buses and trolleybuses, as well as a set of carriages, e.g. trams and trains. Parts 1 to 6 (already published) describe the WORLDFIP and CANopen communication systems. Parts 7 to 9 aim to describe an IP-based communication system providing equivalent functionality. This project will develop Part 7, which specifies the Network and System Architecture for PT vehicles based on a service-oriented approach, including network topology, addressing, network services, and device architecture.
