| Nosaukums | The scope for this Technical Specification is limited to: • personalization interface: Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC); • physical systems: OBE and the Personalization Equipment; • DSRC-link requirements; • EFC personalization functions according to the Part 1 of this TS when defined for the DSRC interface; • security data elements and mechanisms to be used over the DSRC interface.
