permanent or temporary entertainment venues such as sport stadia, sport halls, indoor and
outdoor facilities for the purpose of enabling their functionality.
This document is not applicable to other permanent venues such as theatres, cinemas, opera
houses, auditoriums, lecture halls and similar places where persons congregate.
NOTE Provisions for media facilities are not included in this document.
