To propose and validate routine methods for the analysis of steel products by Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry (GD-OES).
The selection of the topics to be handled are based either on the result of enquiries launched by ECISS/TC 102 or on proposals made within the WG.
WG 6 also aims to prepare guidelines related with the GD-OES.
