This European Standard shall specify a method of analysis for the determination of melamine and cyanuric acid in foodstuffs with LC-MS/MS.
The method shall be interlaboratory validated, in accordance with ISO 5725 or with AOAC International Guidelines for collaborative study procedures to validate characteristics of a method of analysis, using test materials at concentration levels around 1 mg/kg.
